Examples of healthy meals.
- Light breakfast . Two eggs (You can mix them with veggies like artichokes papers or mushrooms) with grapefruit and a piece of toast.
- Mid morning snack .unsweetened yogurt with berries.
- Lunch. Salad (be careful of the dressing) with a protein grilled chicken.
- Afternoon snack. Apple,orange or a banana with almond and spoonful of peanut butter.
- Dinmer. Lemon baked salmon with brown rice carrots and asparagus.
