Know when to eat

Staying heath is about understanding what you put into your body. Your body must never know what kind of food to expact. It is important to eatfruit and vegetables.
Know when to eat never skip meals most people think they will lpse weight of theu skip meals but that is very inaccurate. In addition skipping meals can affect your energy levels.
Examples of healthy meals.

  • Light breakfast .  Two eggs (You  can mix them with veggies like artichokes papers  or mushrooms) with grapefruit and a piece of  toast.
  • Mid morning  snack .unsweetened yogurt with berries. 
  • Lunch.  Salad (be careful of the dressing) with a protein grilled  chicken. 
  • Afternoon snack.  Apple,orange or a banana  with almond and spoonful of peanut butter. 
  • Dinmer.  Lemon baked salmon with brown rice carrots and asparagus.

Join a local sport team

If you are not a gym fan or practicing random exercise the join  a local sports team may be a good idea to get out side and move around and have fun. Many cities have their own recreation sports team that meet and play on certain days

The most popular  city sport are : dodgeball, kickball, softball, basketball, pickle-ball and ultimate frisbee

If you like the can afford the gymthen it is a great place to stay fit.

  1. Utilize the machinesfor cardio and weights but be carful and never use a weight that is too heavy. Use smaller weights that will be easy for you to use.
  2. Learn streaght training and miscle toning techniques and muscle toning techniques from an instructor or professional

Exercising at home

Exercising at home
Not everyone can afford the gym and that is fine. There is an alternative solution wich is working out at home. This method can be very beneficial.
1. Push-ups.  Use your weight against the floor or wall  to work your upper body strength.
2. Sit-ups.
Can be done by simply laying on the ground or with a chair  or exercise ball.
3. Yoga. Yoga practices such as downward facing dog or sun sanutions are easly sone on the carpet groung or the yoga mat.

Jogging

First .Start walking,jogging  or cycling.  No matter what your speen is walk, jogging and cycling are very important parts of a healthy lifestyle as they are activities that keep your hart and lungs active and your blood flowing.  If you need to keep your knees strong or have body aches and pains, then cycling may be a better solution

Always believe in yourself keep moving forward. Be incharge of your game never loose hope. Don't be lazy. Life is just too short to be wanting something that is already yours to begin with. Give yourself some credit when you accomplish a goal.  Social media or weight loss site with community pages are a great way to share your success and get support. When feel pride in yourself, you will increase your motivation.

Moreover ,remember to celebrate behavior changes and not just reaching a certain number on the scale.
